    Sir,

    I placed order No.903435409 for WHIRLPOOL 25 LTR GRILL GALAXY MICROWAVE OVEN on 6th May, 2011 but they sent WHIRLPOOL 25 LTR MAGICOOK MICROWAVE OVEN on 31st May, 2011. I complaint that you had not sent me the same product which I placed the order on 1st June, 2011. I made calls to customercares so many times after 1st June, 2011, but they did not give me satisfactory response. Please take action against them.

    Sir,
