Dear Sir,

I have a washing machine Product/Model No. : Top Loader WF-T8019PR.AFSPPIC. It stopped working suddenly and I registered a complaint. It has been almost 20 days ...so far I have been only getting verbal assurances of 'within 24hrs doing the needful'. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to my family, embarassment and shows how LG is only interested in marketing and not in consumer services.

IT IS INDEED APALLING TO SEE THIS KIND OF SERVIE IN CHENNAI A METRO...I WONDER WHATS UP IN OTHER TOWNS...

THE ISSUE CERTAINLY DESERVES WIDE PUBVLICITY LEST CUSTOMERS DON'T GO FOR LG PRODUCTS ..LEAST REALISING THEIR SERVICE IS VERY POOR. OF LATE THANKS TO THIS ATTITUDE I BOUGHT A SMASUNG REFRIGERATOR INSTEAD OF LG...NOW HAV TOLD MY CANTEENS TO STOP LG...

I request you to kindly help me out in this regard because as an army man I cannot be buying new gadgets everytime it goes off road.
