On 14th may I get a message saying that a free 7 day caller tune service has been activated on my mobile and I have to send a message to unsubscribe to it. On 7th june I again get a message that I am now subscribed to caller tune service. Again they deduct money as download charges for some tune that I have not downloaded. I call customer care. They unsubscribe me from caller tune service but they never return me my money .On 12th june I again get a message that some song has been downloaded to my phone. I call customer care again deactivate the caller tune request for redeeming my balance but they deny saying that all the deduction was correct.On 14th,15th and 19th june I again get same message saying that I am now subscribed to caller tune and they also deduct some balance for downloading some song.I also went to reliance web world on 18th june but in vain.Now what kind of customer care service is this which cannot reply to my come questions.I have proved them wrong a lot of times but they still say they cannot help me in the issue and I cannot get my money back for any of the previous deductions.
Now all I want from reliance services is that they should redeem all the money they deducted(along with a details) from 4th may on the account of caller tune services and downloading tunes for it. i also want a justification and an apology for all the inconvenience caused from reliance telecommunication services . I also want to know why I do not get a message on how much balance was deducted from my account as I never get one.
