This is to inform you that i've been recvng such poor customer service, since 29thmay i'm not recvng the signal, i called tata sky customer service, initially they promised me the engineer would be at my place and the engineer did turn up after 5days he left the work in between and informed will be back next day which didn't happen i had to call the customer service again and after 7days engineer turned up, before engineer could turn up i spoke to an engineer who was extremely rude and was misbehaving with me, he was using foul language wherein i had to call up tata sky again, later engineer turned up he informed me i had to do a relocation of tata sky he said he will be coming on 14th june which again didnt happen, i called up customer serice every day early morning, and the same response i used to get from them (I apologize, I assure you, I will make it happen) but these words had no meaning, nothing happened, relates to that i recve a message that you have to pay for the service or else the tata sky would get disconnected if i haven't got the service what do you expect me to pay? wherein I again called on 16th june the supervisor and engineer informed me that service will be given to you before saturday which again didnt happen, I called up tata sky senior supervisor informed me i'll try to get it done, engineer informed me that materials are again out of stock which means they dont have any value for customer they will expect you to pay for no service given.
This is just to bring to your notice that i've received such pathetic customer service, i would be the last person who would ever recommend TATA SKY, I pray that your business doesnt last for long.
