The "1 disc, quarterly plan" was activated using deposited amount of Rs. 750 from my membership without my KNOWLEDGE/PERMISSION. I think I was lucky enough that my registered credit card got expired and I was having new one by this time. Otherwise, it would have charged for rest of amount.

I never used this renewed membership even a single time. I called customer care so many times, but no resolution, and every time same answer that we will forward your complaint to concerned department and somebody will call you (though nobody even cared to callback).
