A complaint against Video problem has been recorded by AIRTEL DTH and the unqualified support staff couldnt resolve the problem fro the past 2 weeks. On top of it, the AIRTEL Delhi staff / customer care, who calls me up every day and make fun of the issue.
I have requested for a refund of my recharge amount which is lieing in my account, and AIRTEL is enjoying my money by charging a daily burn rate without providing the service.
Is this the right forum to address the issues and get the resolutions?
