Wisglobe Solutions is not a good company. This company does not give salary on time because they have no funds. On the time of salary they always give excuses and sorry for the delay. If they are not able to arise funds they gave leaves on developers more than two weeks without any reason. After that a developer not doing work on time wisglobe company blames the developer and in my case when i am going on maternity leaves approved by the company they can terminate me without any reason for not giving me my salary. In that case i put a legal action against company in labour court and civil court for criminal case due to not giving me any maternity benefits and my salary.

xantatech pvt ltd is a very raddi cmpny. no team effort is here.
