I paid to OVM Group company address (3C-54, Third Floor Sector - 2. Noida-201301) in December 2010. 5000 Rs for training and placement as they provide training and placement. but they neither provided training nor placement when i asked they were delaying so i asked to return my money. they paid me by (cheque of HDFC Bank cheque number 043408) but when i deposited the cheque bounced.
Now when i am calling them they are not replying. and it is almost 5 months. therefore i am requesting to take appropriate action against them. and help me to get my money back.
