i were tired and sick of airtel IPTV. so i decided to disconnect. my phone number is 01204227087. my connection was disconnected then i get a call from airtel executive and she persued me to carry on with connection and i agreed. she assured me my connection will be restored in next 4 hours.

now its 45 days almost and i am calling airtel, writting mail and sometime i havebeen told that my connection is active, sometime they will tell its barred and will take some time to reactivate.

i have no choice left but to disconnect permanently. but how do i take money back for these 45 days.

i think airtel is full of monkeys who does not what a customer is saying or writting. i advise people not to go it. there is nobody in airtel whom one can approach directly and i am tired of these call centres.
