Myself Ankur Goyal from Rohtak, Haryana. I own big tv on my name and smart card id is: 200509785974. My big tv is not workin since 30/06 and we have registered three complains today but no body is coming to repair and upon that when i came back from banglore on 07/07 i talked to Mr. Khurana of Hissar. He made a conference to Mr. Kaushik at rohtak to talk. He asked him the issue taking my name. Mr. Kaushik plainly denied that there is no complain registered by us and he started abusing me and told that Ankur is a drunkard and is without head. He is troubling me unnecessarily. Then Mr. Khurana intimated him saying KAUSHIK mR. aNKUR IS ALSO ONLINE WITH US but did not check him even once for using absurd language for me. At last Mr. Khurana told me Mr. Ankur your tv will be repaired tomorrow morning and till todate i.e., 10/07 it has not been repaired and my subsription charges are in vain since last 10-12 days and after some time even if it is repaired then again big tv people will start saaying please get your subscription recharged or your service will be dropped. so please help me out as i am very much mentally harrashed by the absurd language used by Mr. Kaushik and that too in front of his senior and by not giving me proper service since such a long time.
