    Myself Ankur Goyal from Rohtak, Haryana. I own big tv on my name and smart card id is: 200509785974. My big tv is not workin since 30/06 and we have registered three complains today but no body is coming to repair and upon that when i came back from banglore on 07/07 i talked to Mr. Khurana of Hissar. He made a conference to Mr. Kaushik at rohtak to talk. He asked him the issue taking my name. Mr. Kaushik plainly denied that there is no complain registered by us and he started abusing me and told that Ankur is a drunkard and is without head. He is troubling me unnecessarily. Then Mr. Khurana intimated him saying KAUSHIK mR. aNKUR IS ALSO ONLINE WITH US but did not check him even once for using absurd language for me. At last Mr. Khurana told me Mr. Ankur your tv will be repaired tomorrow morning and till todate i.e., 10/07 it has not been repaired and my subsription charges are in vain since last 10-12 days and after some time even if it is repaired then again big tv people will start saaying please get your subscription recharged or your service will be dropped. so please help me out as i am very much mentally harrashed by the absurd language used by Mr. Kaushik and that too in front of his senior and by not giving me proper service since such a long time.

    Default foul mouthed staff at big tv

    I have recently bought a reliance big tv stb. After a delay of 5 day it was installed. i just delayed 12 hours in recharging the pack because of some misunderstanding between the packs available. the technical in charge called me up at 10'o clock, at night, introduced himself as Mr Jalal, the boss of reliance tv for this area. and started threatening me to buy the pack by 9'o clock in the morning or face consequences. when i met the shop keeper the next day and told him about the call from Mr Jalal, He called Mr Jalal to confirm, to which Mr Jalal totally denied, he handed the phone to me, and when i reminded him of the way he spoke to me the previous night he totally denied it, when i told him not to lie and that my wife had heard him threatening me, he started abusing me once again and threatening me once again, the loud speaker was not on and so others could not hear his language, otherwise i would have at-least 10 people to vouch for me. that is when i decided to write this complaint. BIG TV IS NOT GIVING OUT A FREE SERVICE WE ARE PAYING THE PRICE WHAT EVER IT IS. We the consumers expect a professional service. The staff are not doing us a favour, that they can talk in any way they please, whatever the designation, "JUST BECAUSE SOMEBODY IS POLITE DOESN'T MEAN HE IS WEAK". I am totally irritated and upset and angry. i am totally refraining myself from using foul language and abusing Mr Jalal. I just want somebody to look into the matter and take what ever action to set things right again. I'm sure it will boost the confidence in big tv again.
