Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had purchased Samsung Mobile phone Galaxy Fit 5670 on 4th May 2011. After 6 days of use, I had problem where my touch panel was blocked and stopped functioning. I took the phone to the Samsung Authorized Service Centre at Chinchpokli (Mumbai). They said that few parts having defect and will have to be replaced. This could be surely done within 4-5 Working days. It has been more that 3 weeks of rigorous follow-ups and enquiries but the problem has not been resolved and neither I have found a person responsible enough to reply or resolve the problem. When I try calling the center, the phone is never available. However, on rigorous try, I happened to get the call thru once and someone picked up as well. However, the reply was as brief as "your work is still pending". On visiting the service center, I happened to find out that there are few others as well (some 4 others) with the same problem (On the same day). I also happened to understand that they have misplaced my phone as they couldnt locate my phone anywhere.
I got a call on Thursday (2nd June 2011) from the center saying that my phone is ready. When I reached there on the same day, they said that the phone was not ready and they must have casually called me by mistake.
Please help resolve the issue at the earliest.
