This to inform you that we are the user of Tata sky DTH .our set up box was not working properly therefore we called for the Tata Sky and had changed our set up box. After that on our account information we were having two ids.On 30/05/11 we recharged our account with easy recharge of rs500 on the id no.1020317457,then also our acc was not recharged.Then for the details i talked to the tata sky person .He told us that our recharge has been done on the wrong id . ,he then told us that we must be getting some diff id on our tata sky ,the id we found was no.1025376516.AND THEY ACCEPT THAT THIS WAS THERE MISTAKE .And the person who accepted this his name is BHUPVAN 1-10344384590 DT.31/05/11.And they told us to contact the dealer or tata sky and he will only refund that money.then we talked to the dealer of tata sky his no. is 18001021222 and there i talked to sanjeev and he TALKELD TO ME VERY RUDELY AND BLACKMAILED ME THAT HE WILL NOT REFUND OR TRANSFER THE MONEY .
Then again we talked in the customer care service of tata sky Mr.Rajiv kumar no.1-10350686 and he confrence with the dealer whose name is Mr.Ankit.And both of them have promised that within a three days they will transfer the money. But till now the money is not transferred.
Today dt.4/06/11 I again talked in your customer care Mr. Subhas rana no.1-1039577726,he told that only dealer can transfer the money.then again we talked to your dealer 18001021222 and again i talked with person Sanjeev Kumar.
And again he talked with me in the foul language .And the person from which we have recharged our tata sky his mb no. is 9810597362.
Sir,pls advise what should be my next step and where is my FAULT
