    Angry Activation of services without my permission

    On 29/5/11 I received a messege from tata that "You have been subscribed to STARCHAT Pack and have been charged Rs 30/30 days". And on 30/5/11 I received a message from tata that "You have been subscribed to HEALTHTIPSONSMS and have been charged Rs 30/30 days". Then on 31/5/11 caller tune service was activated and I had never requested for any of these services and when I called customer service then they said this is a good service you should avail it this month and the unsubscribe it next month. When I request them to make a complaint of refund of balance they replied that you had subscribed for these services. At last they register my complaint but nothing had happened yet.
