I purchased eureka forbes water filter Aquaguard infiniti model a on 5 th April. From the very next dhe asked us to call ay it started leaking. When we informed the sales person about it he asked us to call their help line. Since then we have made several complaints one technician visited but could not solve the problem and we kept on calling the help line but to no avail. The leaking is increasing day by day. They have fitted a faulty system in our place ,which needs to be replcaed . Very pathetic sales and service.
