    Default Tata Photon extremely low network speed



    I have purchased a Tata Photon Plus Dongle. Below are the details of the services I availed:

    My Account Number: 9784665856
    My Tata Photon number: 9225426436
    Services availed: 5 GB data usage for Rs. 852/-pm
    Speed claimed by Tata: 3.5 Mbps
    My recent complaint number with Tata is: 265758751 (still open)

    Since I have purchase this dongle, I kept on facing extemely low internet speed. In actual case I never got more than 500 Kbps that too only in the morning time 6 am to 8 am. In normal day time and night time the speed never crossed even 100 Kbps.

    I kept on raising complaints for this with Tata but got no permanent solution whatsoever.

    So finally thought, the Consumer Court could be the only answer to the mis-business Tata is doing and on availing better services from them.

    I am looking for Hope with Consumer Courton this little problem giving me big headache.

    You know what Mr. Tata Indicom, I have got the same answer 7 months back when I have purchased the dongle. Additionally, you people were to errect a tower in Warje area at that time.

    Surprisingly you people are persistant on giving reasons than providing solution. I DONT NEED YOUR APOLOGIES I NEED SOLUTION. Cause I know you people are not going to give me money.....

    What happaned, you Tata people, no response? On the other hand, I was trying to contact your nodal officer,Saguna Shetty on nodlofficer.rom@tatatel.co.in email ID. However failed to get any response from her.
    Or is it ok, with you people if your customer is unhappy and remain in frustrating state?
