Hi,

I received an offer through my email for a Numero Uno watch where I had to pay Rs. 499 cash on delivery for the watch. I paid and received it on April 12 I received the same via Order#1004327051 which was received as damaged and didnt have the warranty card in the box. I sent the same back to the company on 14th April, sent email confirmation and spoke to customer care got a complaint ID#118097. The package was received by the company on 18th April and till date I am only receiving response from the company only to tell me that it will take some time but not received the product yet. I have made numerous calls and sent over 10 emails but issue still not resolved. Please help.
