Deactivation of Service [FONT="Century Gothic"]Hello sir,
This is Sushant kumar and I am using your Vodafone number *9899697532* from
the past 6 years. Although number was on ID of HRD Services and I was using this number since then. Now I just
come to know that HRD Services other number *(9899697547)* has some unpaid
billing amount which is close to INR 3,000 and due to non payment of bill my
number 9899697532 has been deactivated (Without giving any kind of
information or notice to me).
I am using this number from the past 6 years and I don t think I have ever
delayed this number billing payments ever. Although It was my huge mistake
that I never bothered to change the ownership of the number as I was getting
bill on the email (to save the paper and your cost) and making payment
either through cash or online banking so change of ownership never comes to
my mind.
I called at their nodal office and told them the whole story then after
hearing all they suggested me to change the ownership of the number
9899697532 by taking appropriate documents (ID Card, Address Proof, One
photograph and NOC from HRD). I went to Vodafone Store (Karol Bagh) with all
the documents on Friday (13-05-2011) and paid the INR 1,300 outstanding bill of my number 9899697532 and after that i got verbal assurance and as well as written assurance (mail from Vodafone Rachita Jaiswal) that your number will be activated and ownership of this number will be changed in favor of you.
After 5 days i got call from Gaurav Deep Gupta (Given mail id of Shashikant.gupta@vodafone.com) that first clear the outstanding amount of 9899697547 other wise your presents number will be deactivated.
Now i am feeling cheated and humiliating from Vodafone. Their Nodal office gives me assurance that your ownership will be changed then some one from the same company gives me threat that your number will be deactivated once again.
Now please suggest me can i file case against Vodafone regarding the same or should i file police complaint either against their nodal office by giving wrong and unethical assurance or against Mr. Gaurav Deep Sharma
