    Default Unwanted offer & charges in credit card

    DEAR SIR,

    I am Ms.Nasim Shaikh from Surat, Gujarat. I am credit card holder of SBI

    I have strong grievance against SBI Bank , related to mentioned subject. Details are as given below.

    There were the telephone call , and the person said that he was talking from SBI and offering a travelling card to us.
    My husband Sadik I shaikh has confirmed with him that, they will not charge any extra/hidden cost for this offer.

    Now, a day before I came to know that 4545 Rs. Deducted from my account for Heritage holidays package.
    I talked to SBI representative on 18-may-11 and asked to stop this payment to this fake party.

    Still they have not taken any action and finally SBI send me the bill of Rs 4545/- and exit from the matter.

    My query/grievances are

    I have not confirmed the package offer by Heritage holidays.
    SBI too not helping me to stop this payment, even if I am denying strongly

    I AM NOT INTERESTED IN SUCH A TYPE OF OFFER

    WITHOUT WRITTEN CONFIRMATION HOW CAN PAY AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT ?
