Refund for Excess amount Paid while switching the mobile number! This is with regards to my airtel number +91-9956309309. I have switched from post-paid to prepaid in the month of December'10. An extra amount of around Rs. 900 was charged from me by your airtel outlet in kanpur. The same was reflecting in my last bill. It was communicated to me that the sum will be refunded withing 60 days.
Its more than 5 months now that I haven't received my money. I have approached their airtel outlet several times (Arya Nagar, Kanpur) but, no proper response was given to me. Request you to look into the issue & get it solved at the earliest.
