Its difficult to believe "TimesJobs.com", one of the esteemed Job Search and Consutants Services provider is involving in fraudulant ways to enroll their free members to Premium Services.
I got repeated calls from +911130249100, +911147169500, +911130694300, +911130907800 (my number registered in DND registry is of no use).
Call was from TimesJobs.com, mentioning that my resume was short-listed in some Australian Company and the details will be provided on paying a small sum to TimesJobs.com. I was convinced that within half hour of enrolling into one of their premier services, a mail indicating the company infomation and the salary details.
(The comedy here is that I was transferred to Australian country manager who confirmed that same will be done. I can clearly understand that the call was not transferred and some other person in the same cabin was talking to me).
After persistently asking for the company name which is interested in my profile, I was told three companies - Ronald, TCS and Maersk. As I have already got some calls from other consultants for Maersk, I believed in them and agreed to pay the amount. There were so many follow-up calls until they made sure, the payment was made. Once the payment was made, till now there is no communication from them either in tele format nor in e-mail.

Is there any possibility to launch a case against TimesJobs.com for luring unaware with fraudulant statements ?
