Tata Photon Plus failed to give proper speed

    Default Tata Photon Plus failed to give proper speed

    Hi, I am Shiv with corporate connection of Tata Photon +. My Tata Indicom number is9246816522. I needed this so called broad band connection for my office work. I bought the 6 months pre paid package of worth rupees 5000. For the first one month I had no issues with the devide and the speed was ok. Recently since 1 month I am not getting proper speed. It is something around 40kbps mostly which is very very slow. They guaranted me 3.1Mbps speed for first 5GB/month and after 5Gb speed will be 155KBps. Neither I am getting the so called speed neither their technical desk has provided me with a solution. Recently they asked me to reset tcp stack and winsock in my sys and I have made changes as per their given details but of no effect.

    I am facing lot of problems with this as I am unable to complete my office work in time and it is spoiling my image I have built. Also I have a kid to take care of but because of this Tata's bad service I have to rush to office to complete my tasks.

    It would be delightful if something could be done from your side. Ideally I am looking for my money back since tata has failed to provide the mentioned service both in terms of speed of the connection and a reebok watch they promised i will get first 7 days. If speed is achievable then I guess its Ok.

    Hi, The service still lacks in speed. Last time I was told that becasue i consumed my 5gb already my speed is low.
    I waited for june 14 when my billing cycle renews and I get a fresh 5gb 3.1mbps bandwidth but It has failed utterly. Recently, I did speed test and I got 207 kbps which is even lower than you assured minimal speed. I was initially denied a service complaint registration at your call center. Go through the attachment of spped test results.
    It is a 100% proof that you people cannot provide service and I should get my money back.Tata Photon Plus failed to give proper speed-low-speed.jpg

    Also please note that its not 256 kbps speed I am after at. I paid for 3.1 Mbps. What is get is disappointment.

    I am sorry to say but you are not quoting the correct information. NO SOLUTION WAS PROVIDED, however the customer care representative called me and asked me to follow some procedures over the phone which are basically related to cleaning the tcp ip stack in windows. Even after following it multiple times, I still face speed issues. And also, I asked that representative to call me at my convenient time but still he ask me to write down the procedures and follow them up at my convenient time. Thats the service you guys provide. Really bad.

    Angry tata photon plus very low speed

    tata phton plus speed very low i get around 4 to 50 max kbps

    if consumer care doesnt work i will throw and comlain on tata pohotn plus very poordump sevice by tata and also doest update my tata photon plus software gives messsage that
    sever is disable identitfy version
