Full and final settlement

Dear Cocern,
My self Santosh Kumar working with Ceratec (Puna) from ………………. To September 2010. I have the appointment letter and I resigned on 20 Sept. 2010 and when I asked for salary, My company owner Mr. Anand Aggarwal asked me that you will get full and final after 45 days but when I call after 60 days Mr. Anand can’t pick my Phone. If he pick the phone he says your salary on the processed. I am work from till sept. 30. Today he can’t pick the Phone or can’t respond the my E-mail.
My Two month Salary and Three Month Expenses are Pending.
