I wish to lodge a complaint against 'Blazeflash Courier services'. My relatives in Pune sent a few extremely crucial documents to me in Bangalore, and their delay costs me a lot of money. I have not received the courier 3 days after it was sent out from the pune office, and the staff is extremely rude about the same. The phones are not answered, nor is the consignment status updated online. I called the place almost 20 times in 3 days. I sincerely recommend against using this courier.

It is my intention to run the full procedure to prosecute this company. Please give me the guidance necessary.
