    Default Tata photon plus: 9230630918 - Need money back

    Dear Sir,


    I got Tata photon plus connection in November 2010. My Tata photon plus Service No is 9230630918. From 1st day of the connection I am facing very low speed and hence register several complain about network. I am getting very low speed it’s below 30kbps but when I bought the connection they committed that I would get the speed always more than 256kbps (they are committing the broadband speed would be upto 2MBPS). Engineer from Tata Indicom has visited to my place multiple times, admitted the fact that the speed is low. After few complains they have provided some antenna device in my house and suggested to make plugging the antenna with device always (I don’t know then how I can move with the device). But unfortunately by this also the speed has not improved significantly. The network person was saying that I can’t do anything because this is the problem of network. I had also discuss this things with zonal officer (some Shiva Thakur) and customer care but they was always saying that problem will resolved within 2 week but the problem has not been resolved till now. When I am calling customer care every time I got only new complain no but there is no solution of my problem.

    From the March 2011 onwards I have stopped the payment and after 60 days they suspended the connection of broadband.

    Now the various persons from collection department making call to me for payment with different types of bad language and with treat (I don’t understand how it is with happening with organization like “TATA”).

    I think I have been cheated by the TATA Indicom Company. Lot many sales peoples are involved at the time of sale the product (like: Suchit Ghar (Suchit.Ghar@tatadocomo.com), some executive under him is Sumit (deputed in TCS, Kolkata sales), Tarak Jaiswal (tarak.jaiswal@tatatel.co.in)).


    So, Now I want my money back for my photon device and the bill which I have already paid for this pathetic service. But they are refusing to back the money. Also please let me know what needs to be done for unwanted call with threatening and bad language from TATA Indicom.

    Please help me ASAP.
