i have booked a courier in mansarovar jaipur on 12 may 2011 to ajmer which contains some important documents to kuldeep singh solanki to ajmer.
sir, till today the courier is not received and when we call the agency in ajmer he said that he was not able to deliver the same because of his marrige,so we requested him to deliver the same on monday that is 16 may 2011.sir today is thuresday and the courier is not received to the destination,when i called the agent in ajmer he started misbehaving with me and asked that if i give rs 50 as extra service charge he will think of delivering it.when i deny this he said that he will see me, nad destroy the courier.
sir, i have also lodged a complain on the website of the blazeflash courier under the heading of greivence in which an e-mail id was given.this has been done 2 days back but no reply is received till yet.
sir, if we track the courier on website it says that the courier is deliverd on 9 feb 2011.(but i sent it on 12 may 2011).
sir the courier contains very important documents of mine.
