I am having one LG window AC unit. I have registered service request two times(RNA110507097606 on 08-05-2011 and RNA110426060742 dated 26-04-2011). There was response to first request. Service person had come to my place, checked the unit. Unit had gas leakage. He has never came back. On telephone, he said that their service is closed.
I have registered again. There is no response to this till date.
I had sent a mail to service department. Received reply assuring action on the registered service request but no action is taken.
Is there any one in LG to take care of service requests and make LIFE GOOD.
