I have raised grievance and sent two reminders and sent a mail also and found no response.
Whereas I raised a grievance to chennai PF office and within 20 days got reply,

Hi sir/Madam,

I am working in sasken communications.I applied for PF transfer to TCS (worked between oct-2005 and oct-2007) and Mirc Electronics (worked between oct-2007 to Feb-2010) in the month of march-2010.
I received MIRC PF fund only in the month of Sep-2010 ,
when i contacted TCS, they told that they have transferred fund to Mirc electronics
Details are as below
transferred from : TCS (PF account no : MH/BAN/48475/168480 and Pension account : MH/BAN/48475/35878) to Mirc (MH/22799/13577 )
Date of cheque issued : 11-DEC-2009
BANK DETAILS : HDFC BANK LTD
Cheque number : 508417
Cheque ammount : 89,173

Cheque validity is for 6 months and it would have expired in JUN-11-2010.

MIRC PF to sasken communications happened in the month of sep-2010.

Pls let me know the status of cheque sent by TCS to RPFC (Kandivali),so that i can proceed further with TCS.
