My claim for PF has been rejected and we got letter from ahmedabad office:

Claim form 19 PF settlement for member acct no GJAHD00276880000000076

PF claim ID : GJAHD110400005982 DATE ON 12.04.2011
My grievance has been registered in EPFiGMS vide Registration number
ROAHM/P/2011/00383 .
Sir, my employer is not ready to sign of documents that are required for PF claim.
So, please take necessary steps regarding this.

My PF no is DL/18513/8148 Name :Himanshu Gupta
I have submitted my PF Form on 11 Jan 2011 and on 30 March Rs.9950 were credited in my A/C through NEFT transfer .
When I inquired for 2nd cheque/credit I was informed that both of my payments were made ,
one Rs.24881 and 2nd Rs 9950. When I visited EPFO office Dwarika I was informed by Cash department that as per SBI Nehru Place my A/C was locked. While I am having ICICI bank salary A/C and it was never locked and I am frequently using ATM .

I have register the following Grivance but the response received which is not satisfactory, I did not received my claim yet & PF office was closed my below grievance already.

“This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number DELSO/E/2011/02732.
It is informed that your grievance is being treated as non-actionable due to the following reason(s):
The PF A/c No.DL/18513/8148 has been settled as per following details:- PF-Rs.24881- Ch.No.394827 dated 28.03.2011 EPS-Rs.9950- Ch.No.761324 dated 28.03.2011 “

Therefore, we are closing your grievance from this office.Please quote the same in your future correspondence.

Status : CLAIM FORM 19 FOR PF SETTLEMENT FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO DSNHP00185130000008148 HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 02.05.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS

Kindly help me in getting my PF .
