Hi,

We had fixed up a transporter named Chennai Packers for transporting our goods from
Chennai to Delhi. The terms were that the goods would be insured against any loss or
breakage.

When we opened our cartons most of our crockery and glass dcorative pieces plus
furniture were fround broken.

As per process we had mailed the company and said the estimated total value of
damage was Rs 22300.

We have repeatedly sent mails and reminders but the company is not responding. Can u
tell us how to initiate action against this company to get our compensation.
