Respected Sir/Madam,

I had purchase a hole system(CPU+LCD) for my home use.all product have theire respectiv warranty by service center and what i had paid for Computer that included vat 5% as a IT rule.so problem is that one of my product DVD R/Rw of LG company is become defective and when i went to LG service center they not accepting my DVD R/RW they said that this product is not under theire under warranty still warranty is there fro 6month more.They also said this product is a kind of Export so for that they not accepting my DVD they said this a duplicate DVD and have warranty by dealer himself.

But sir i have a genuine bill hard caopy so can i get that original now.Plz help me
