    Thumbs down Rejecting MNP request for changing network from IDEA

    This is Dheeraj.My mobile number 9951349444.
    I have applied for changing network from idea to vodafone.
    But idea people rejected my request for 3 times for the reason "Contractual Obligation". When i asked the customer care peolpe they are not telling the correct reason.They are saying that there are 6 reasons reasons to reject.Thats
    it.They are not saying the exact reason for rejecting my request.

    Please do the needfull for me on this issue.
