I got my 'Reliance Gsm' prepaid mobile account no. (+919098512170) last night my balance is 70.82 on 11.05.2011 when i woke up in morning I have checked my balance that time current balance is Rs.40.82 quite frustrated by this since i didn't make any call , and not given any kind of request for special facility. and I contacted the customer care executives on the complaint helpine no. i.e. 198 .They first told me that due to some technical upgradation..they are unable to figure out ,why my balance got deduct...and told me to call after some time . After sometime when I contacted them, they are now telling that i have activated some astrology service that too at 12.00 p.m. in afternoon (i don't find any reason for a sane person to do something like this i.e. Activating a astrology service at 3.00 a.m. In the morning) I told them i didn't activate any service, it must be some software problem...(as in the past they have given me the reason for the unreasonable balance deductions..software problem).Now that they are not refunding ..what sort of remedy do i have ?I mean this is the 4th or 5th time I am facing this problem..plz help!!
