Good Day sir/Madam,

My Name is SandeepHoreb , i'm using airtel, 3 days back i got deducted an ammount of 50rs from my mobile balance ,i called customer care and asked them why they done so and warn them to refund my amount ,they said it will be refunded within 24hrs but it wasn't refunded my account till today . As i called customer care for a answer regarding the refunding they are answering very irresponsibly that my account will not be refunded . I'm Irritated and said them that i'm going to file a complaint on you at consumer court for that they said do whatever your account will not be refunded.This was my second incident which i got deducted for no reason.so please help me by responding to my complaint
