    Default Poor Customer Care Services by Vodafone India

    Attn: Vodafone users

    You may noticed have that generally when we write to vodafone customer care they provide us a link to submit our complaint / Feedback which belongs to the customer care feedback page on Vodafone website. ex: bit.ly/l0NQhy

    I do not understand why it gives me only limited 300 words option to file the complaint. Its not a feedback that I am giving about Vodafone. Rather its a complaint and it needs to be explained in detailed which obviously is not possible in 300 words. Moreover, it does not accept special characters like – / : as well.

    Its ridiculous why you should restraint a feedback or a complaint to 300 words. Is this some kind of an Essay Writing competition to write within 300 words?

    It defies logic completely.

    Awful!!!

    Vodafone has no intentions to work towards customer satisfaction. It just wants to discourage people to write to them.

    Pathetic services by Vodafone India.

    Post Sim card registration failed

    Respected sir,

    I am ajay singh kataria, resident of distt. sonepat. for last many days my sim card is not working.after insertion in the cell each & every time it shows SIM CARD REGISTRATION Failed. so i requests you to please take an action for it.i will be highly thankful to you.

    Default network poblem

    Dear Team,
    i am writting this mail regarding network problem in my residence address.My residence location is _ E-94 old gupta colony vijay nagar kalyan vihar delhi 110009.i was facing network prob past 6 month and i have already registered a complaint on your customer care no 198. My complaint number is 2263520806 but till now i did not get any satisfactory service form your side that's why iam writting a mail.Now i want immediate action on this. Kindly look into this matter and rectify my problem on priority basis.

    Default offer related complaint

    Dear sir,



    On 30th i have send port request for this number 9061614545. a back up call came from customer care executive they have offered me 1.2p/2sec offer and that will activated in one hour but till now i didnt get that offer. i have complaint more than 5 times to 198 complaint number, they also said offer will activate soon but till now i didint offer.what a bad service
