Dear Sir / Madam,

Sub: Ownership assigned wrongly to Mani Kannan - Card Number: 4384 XXX XXXX 0817 in CIBIL report

Recently I have applied for a home loan, my banker after reviewing my CIBIL report informed me that I have Credit card for which the status says “Written Off” and not cleared till date.

After checking with CIBIL I have come to know that this credit card belongs to HSBC Bank.

I never have any relation with HSBC bank till today. I don't have Credit or Debit card with HSBC bank.

Due which my loan was rejected, i have lost a property and advance amount to the seller; i am also under depression and mental stressed with this problem for all most a month now

I wrote back to HSBC bank, they requested a signed written document, KYC documents and CIBIL report; after submitting; HSBC bank say it will take 20 days to come back on this.

Please tell me what i have been here, when i am not the owner; why i been cursed by the HSBC and CIBIL report; who has blame here for wrong reporting, who will compensate this loss;

i don't know what will happen, i will not get the loan on time, CIBIL says 30 days to resolve the issue, HSBC has 20 days to respond. where will i go; i lost faith.

Some body please help.
