Hi I am a loyal customer of airtel since 7 to 8 years I have 7 different numbers from airtel. I have bought a Airtel datacard no 7600559843 on 31st October 2011. Recently I got Pathetic experience from Airtel. I got 1200 MB free GPRS plan in RS. 450 Monthly. I have genuine use of 1200 MB that I could barley use because I wondering in Gujarat and use my data card to just check mail and some website, no video, no youtube nothing than how could my bill could be Rs.3860 for 3 months. I contacted Airtel center Paldi 2 time to pay my bill but their bludy system always down to take payment. Than I went to Airtel Center Asram Road to talk to some one who can help me to understand how my bill has gone this much high, They show me my use and all those things that i already know.
I really want to pay the bill but for god sake not Rs.3860 My bill should be around Rs. 1500 for three months than ok I was ready to pay Rs. 2000 so again contacted Airtel call centre one lovely lady help me out and told me we can wipe off up to Rs 500 not more than that else I have to contact Nodal officer. So give a chance to myself I call nodal office but they close on Sat – Sun so I called on Monday 16th April 2012, But the dump lady officer who didn’t even know 1 GB is less than 1200MB has screwed my mind and leave me in a situation that all the charges and bill are correct and I have to pay that untill she can’t close my account and I have to pay the rental even if I haven’t use it.
Is there anybody who can let me know what can I do ? A massage from a customer who really want to pay the bill, Who is loyal customer of Airtel Who just wants some satisfaction from Airtel.
