Complaint against reliance smart customer care representative and services

    Default Complaint against reliance smart customer care representative and services

    Dear madam,

    i want to lodge a complaint against reliance smart gsm mobile services, customer care and representatives.

    I am .Renesh Kumar using reliance smart connection from last 2 years(from january 2009)mobile no is 9098576986.

    on dated:25-04-2011,Rs.30/- deducted from my account. I come to know that my money deducted from my account on Dates:27-04-2011,after that I call many time to customer care but no body respond to my call, on dated 29-04-2011 ,I call my sister and inform her all things then ,she also call to customer care, but due she have rim connection so customer care inform me that we are helpless u have to call smart customer care to know how and for what balance deducted.

    On date:30-04-2011 I visit to reliance web world (which is situated at near shashtri bridge ,Jabalpur) then I come to know how balance deducted.

    Reliance self activate one service called Aarti Pack for one month its charge Rs.30.
    After my request representative deactivate the service but he is unable to return Rs.30/-,he told me that if you inform us two days back we are definitely return your money but now its not possible.

    Now tell me madam how we can save our money, when the leading telecom company and representative acts like this.

    Please help me and support me to fight against this situation we need your help and support.

    I want to lodge complaint against smart reliance gsm service.

    I'm Arvind kumar using reliance smart connection of last 5 years.

    On dated 12-05-2011. I want to power recharge 20 paise minute reliance to relince national of Rs. 77.00. but by

    mistake recharged has been Rs.78.00 through net banking bill no is -225221463/1116.

    So, i want to refund my wrong recharge Money bcz u hav no any plan of 78.00 Rs. as possible as soon.
    so, plz help me and support ur fight against this sitution.

    My brother Rashmikant Dave having subscriber of your Reliance Smart mobile No. 9827792533. two days before you have deducted Rs. 40 from my balance without my concent. Kindly look into the matter as what service charge you have charged and why my balance is going deteriorate to Rs. 40 without my concent.

    I was charged with Rs 100 on 16 Jun 11 (first) after few days Rs 30 then complaint to customer care. Before recharging on 23 Aug 11 I was spoken again about this, she said never will happen again like this, then I charged with Rs 50 on 25 Aug 11. On 26 Aug again deducted Rs 30, after that many time I was tray to contract they hold me on no body replay so far. Kindly look into the matter as what service charge you have charged and why my balance is going deteriorate to Rs. 30 without my concent.

    Dear Sir,Iwant to lodge a complaint against Reliance smart gms mobile services customer care.I am using reliance smart c onnection last 5/6 years.My mobile no-9832144967.ON16/10/2011,Rs 30/= deducted from my account for 'WORD SERVICE' for 30 days without my concent.After that I call to customer care,but he did not satisfy me.So you are requested to kindly look after the mater and back me my deducted money of Rs 30/=and oblige.     Default unwanted package like Mantra tone and Film dialog charge deducted on my mobile

    Dear sir/Madam
    I am regular user your Smart SIM since 2005. I didn’t found any problem from your services until last 2 months, but last 26 oct 2011 I found that one of your Service package film dialog whose value is Rs. 30.00/Month was activated in my mobile without my permission which should not be happen also one of the unwanted mantra service which value is 30.00/month is renewed which I didn’t give any permission for apply in my mobile
    This is very strange that id didn’t hear any MANTRA and Any Film Dialog in my mobile. I called to customer care any customer care department gave me all the information that, so and so package was activated in my mobile which I deactivated through customer care
    I know the entire information was saved in your databank where you can check when I gave the permission to activate those packages please check that databank and revert my money back. Otherwise please provide us the all detailed information under the information to right act 2005.
