    Angry not getting sms



    I dont know what customer care pple think about themselves..Its very difficult to contact reliance smart customer care.. and if call connect to customer care,they dont want to listen any thing. i want to give complain against TAPAS KUMAR MONDAL who refuse to take my complain.. i am not getting sms since last 3 days.. bt he is not interested to help me... my no is 9861327121. and i am using reliance smart since 2005.. bt if i ll get this type of service then i ll think about other sim... i want my problem's solution within 24 hrs... other wise i am not interested to use reliance smart any more..

    my number 9595506902, is not working. Number barred is been said. i have much balace left in my account, plus all the required documents were been submitted on time. plz solve the problem soon as i am unable to contact any one due to this.

    Default Complain against Reliance Smart regarding my mob. no. -- 9835556309

    Dear Sir,
    I never subscribed for any service like cricket news for my above mob. no. -- 9835556309. An amount monthly subtracted from my balance. TO-day I got an SMS from 51234 having text as -- Dear Reliance Customer your subscription renewal for CricketNews Service for Rs. 30 is due on 14/07/2012. To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 1909 to 155223 (Toll Free). -- I was surprised to know this fact. I tried several times to unsubscribe this service by sending the said SMS but that SMS couldn't been sent. That's why I am complaining this matter to you. You please look into the matter & take legal action against my mobile service provider--Reliance Smart GSM -- And also manage the refund of illegally subtracted amount from my balance.

    Default Misbehave of customer care exicutive

    My no is 9681858323. I call customer care for lodge a complain for unnecessary cutting the balance.First time I talk Mr I.Mullick on 6th july.2012.He miss communicate me and lodge wrong complain which complain no is SR182576260.He communicate me very clearly to get back the balance within 2 days.because I called him at 12.30 pm.according to Mr Mullick 12 to 2am they cunt get back the balance instantly, so i get back the balance within 2 days.after that today i again callback to the customer care and understand that he lodge a wrong complain. After that i want to know how my balance Rs200 is fall down from ur another customer care exicutive Mr Ashok,but he is behave like I am his servant. When i want to talk his supervisor, then his supervisor also hold my phone near about 1hour and after that they disconnect the line without any communication. If you check my call duration you see that at list 2 hours he holding my line unnecessarily.
    I hope as a reputed company ,you look into this matter urgently and get feedback as early as possible.

    I dont know what customer care pple think about themselves..Its very difficult to contact reliance smart customer care.. and if call connect to customer care,they dont want to listen any thing. i want to give complain against one lady who was arguing with me..Unnecessarily they have activated many services to my number like Mallika Service,Fun Service etc to my no is 9692745399..three times money has been deducted from my account and they are not ready to refund it..i am using reliance smart since 2000..bt if i ll get this type of service then i ll think about other sim... i want my problem's solution within 24 hrs... other wise i am not interested to use reliance smart any more..

    Sir. It's my painful expression to use slang words in the title but i felt it's too much how reliance customer care react me. I am old reliance customer whose balance is always charged with every new recharge. I have been tolerating almost one year at last I have decided to call the customer care and the excuse I hard from them was you have a subscription of extra services so and so. Yes they refunded few but after three days the old process continue, i complain again.. but they don't refund backed all the charges amount. Even now they are deducting my balances through sms and I try to contact them but could't..
    So, my question is, is it this a policy of running business? cheating customer and take little benefit? It's violation of moral principle to disturb someone for the shake of own profit. it's too much sir.. anyway. I am not going to use this bloody liar bastard reliance sim.. I am fade up with it

    Default complaint against reliance gsm connection

    Respected sir/madam
    i want to lodge a complaint against reliance, i m using this no. 9832210883 since long. This is a gsm connection. There has always been problms with this connection sudden deduction of balances is not a new thing. But i somehow ignored this previously. But yesterday 20/07/2012 i got a service message from RM-58787 at 8:39pm that a balance of Rs 20 has been deducted for subscription of voice chat facility. Then and there i called 198 and tried to lodge this complaint but as usual the call centre executives turned me off with the explanation that due to technical upgradation work they cant help me at dat time and to call aftr some hours, they assured me that the amount will b refunded. I called them four times but each time they gave me the same reason for inconvenience..
    Again on 21st i called in d morning the lady asked me to call aftr sometime as the upgradation work is not yet completed. I called in the evening and the guy who answerd told me to call aftr sometime i got somehow pissed off with all this as if i have no other work but to call them and plead for the refund, the guy then connected me to the senior executive who finally said that she cant help me as I myself have subscribed for the v chat facility.
    Sir /Madam i cant understand how can i subscribe for it when in all this years i have never used it. I have no idea how to use voice chat in my mobile, and reliance smart has become famous in public for this act of sudden deduction of balances without any initiative from the customers. we are from working group we dnt hv that time to keep track on our balances every time. If this forum can help us then I will be grateful, 20/- is not a big amount but we consumers have the right to pay for what we avail or enjoy. Kindly look into this matter.
