it has been more then 8 times that my 4 or 5rs get deducted without any reason...then when ever we try to call reliance care then number is not reachable or they dont get connect,we are really fed up from this...i need my money refunded to my account otherwise i have to take some great action against...my number is 9555369163...you can call me on 9555369163 or 9953875164...and i really need one of your executive to call me & solve this issue soon..please do check when i am not using any service then why they are deducting my balance & when we try to contact CC then numbers get non reachable & our money is been taken by you without any reason,...can just check an eg of 08.11.2011(balance deduction)

i am having the conection of realince smart (8010271431).
but nighter the coustomer care of realince is helpful nor there survice .....................

i hope top level managment of realince gsm should inquiri on it
i hope the people who are working in realince used to use the other conection like airtel and all


i fill never it is conecting by diling once the number .................and the one thing happining is that if you are orjently colling someone and call is conecting somewere alsei used to call on the number and most of the time it wil
l disconect in 4-5 mins.and willno be conected.

full network is showing but even the sound will come "the no you are colling is not rechable"

my no. is- 9905544132, i am manoj kumar singh , address- 3/53, birsa nagar p.o. hatia, ranchi, jharkhand pin- 834003.
my balance on 26th november, 2011 at night was Rs 353 /- but on sunday morning i.e. 27th november 2011 was reduced to nil without any notice or explanation.

i demand to refund my balance completely as soon as possible. this type of behaviour is not expected from a reputed company like relaince.

this action is unbearable and i want my balance back as soon as possible. please do take my complaint seriously.

my no.is9861257898 and name is animesh tiwari. the complaint is regarding recharge....as on date3/12/2011 i recharged with easy recharge rs.119 which offers rs.150 promo talktime. but i never recieved the same and after complaining they assured me to fix it within 48hrs. but i've not recieved the amount. again when i approched to customer care nobody is responding.again on date i recharged with rs.210 which offers full talk time for the same i still not recieved the amount and no response from customer care. now what should i do please help.
