Hi,

This is Shyam Sudhakar Chaturvedi, I was working for Capgemini, Mumbai and I requested PF transfer from my previous employer IBM to Capgemini. I worked for Capgemini for about an year. I requested for PF withdrawal, Capgemini has given me the PF amount which was accumulated from their company and stated that no PF transfer has happened to them from IBM. I left Capgemini on 21-Mar-2012.

I raised a grievance with PF office and learnt from them, that, my PF amount was transferred to Capgemini on 06-Mar-2012. When I again followed up with Capgemini, they confirmed a transaction for the same amount and on same date, but they are missing Annexure K from PF office to confirm that the PF amount was for me.
I raised another grievance with PF office to check on annexure K, PF office has maintained that, annexure K soft copy was sent to them. I again reverted to Capgemini with same information, still they are maintaining the non-receiving of Annexure K for me. Again, I raised a grievance with PF office asking them to resend annexure K and mark me in copy, PF office has again stated that annexure K was send to them and they didn't resend neither do they party me by sending a copy to me.

Please help how can I get my PF from Capgemini.
