This is to inform you about the unpleasant experience with the delay in TATA sky installation at my home.
We have booked the TATA sky on 20th April 2011 and it was supposed to get installed by 22nd April 2011(as per the 48 hours rule they follow). Till now we have not received a single call from them. I have spoken to there customer care team many times, but they seem to give a standard answer that I will receive a call in another 2 hours. Now I don’t know what to do and what the status of my task is.Till now i have made 10-15 calls to them.

It is extremely frustrating and least expected from a reputed organisation like TATA.

Please suggest if there is a hope for installation or if I should request for a refund.
