I have an airtel mobile for last 4-5 years with number 9900488377 and have been a satisfied customer. Actually, i do have airtel land line, broadband and DTH too. Off late the service has become at minimum uncaring and rude to downright insulting and wasteful.
My mobile phone credit limit is 5000 but bill for this month is 19,268.84 and i have been told that i have used 1282393 KB. On some minutes like 6 in th morning i used 220 MB download of 3307 INR and again on 1 st April i downloaded 228 MB data of 3432 INR. I failed to understand that how could i use to much data. Either way the limit set should have notified or cut my service if the amount was exceeding so high. Now the Airtel customer care says that they can't do anything because god has decided that i have used it and so i must pay. Who on whole earth can help me with this?
