I am a masters student. I have completed my B. Tech. from Skyline Institute of Engineering and Technology Greater Noida K. P.-2, in 2009. College is demanding 10400/- and 5000/- security for releasing my degree. On each and every demand made by the college i have paid that amount and they always issue the admit card for the semester examination after showing the no dues application and even before my final examination of my graduation. But when I reached he college to collect my degree after one year of my passing they were demanding for the same.
Please help me for because I am not an earning man and they are demanding this much amount to pay release my degree, I much needed to it for academic pursue.
Do the needful action.
