    Angry illegal deduction of balance

    hello sir,
    i am customer of reliance gsm prepaid and my number is 9015916606. My balance had deducted 10 rs and after two days 2 rs. by reliance and i does not call or sms to anyone and no scheme activated. please look into the matter.....call me between 2 pm to 9pm.

    hi rcom,
    I received a call from you. you are saying that i open R-WORLD, so my balance is deducted but it is totally wrong. i never opened R WORLD. this is very irritating. now i have to switch my network. very bad response from u..........

    Hi,

    Mobile Number: 9579904727

    I had done an online recharge of Rs 200 on 25th April, 2011 and on the same day Rs 30 were deducted from the balance on the pretext that an online game was played (when none was played). I raised a complaint for the same on 25th during which I was informed that it would be sorted out in the next 48 hours. I called up customer care again on 27th April and they informed that it was deducted by mistake and would be refunded within 24 hrs.

    When I called up again on 29th April, I was informed that the amount was credited on 26th April and got deducted the same day because I played the game again. I did not receive any message indicating that the amount was either credited or deducted from the balance. On top of it, I did not access any game on 26th April or 25th April.

    Is this some kind of farce that Reliance is playing? Why is Reliance trying to misappropriate an amount of Rs 30?
    How can two customer care individuals contradict each other?

    Please resolve this.

    Smile balance refunded

    Thanks reliance..............both complain 152060145 & 151942227 has processed and my deducted balance is refunded.....
