I own a Karizma ZMR reg no DL3S BQ 7080.I met with an small accident few days back....since then i have been experiencing a problem with my bike brakes....i have visited the karol bagh and the Apex automobile centre around 4-5 times and i have also made complaint in hero honda zonal office...i have made more than 100 calls for the same issues to hero honda. Today i recieved a call from hero honda saying that my spare parts are available now and i can come to collect them. When i went there they said sorry sir we thought your spare parts have arrived but they didn't. They called me 3-4 times saying your spare parts have come.
