I called the customer care when i noticed the balance has been reduced in my account. The customer service rep filed a complain no 151412630 on 21/4/2011 & said the package has been added to all customers by default. he said that he has taken a request to cancel the package & refund the amount to my account. on 22/4/11 i received a message that the complain has been resolved. when i check the balance, i did not get the refund.

when i called the customer care, the representative was very rude & said the amount was deducted on 17/4/2011 & i was supposed to call the within 3 days to get a refund. i said it was not my fault & i never activated any such service. But all the requests went on deaf ears.

I just want to know if Reliance can do what ever they like with the customer connections & take away money as and when they like.

Also if some person is illiterate & does not know how to check balance or does not keep a track of his balance these people will keep adding some packages & charging customer as per their wish

I hope something is done about these issues
