    Default Disgusted with ICICI fraudulent activities

    Hi,
    My name is Sayantani Banerjee (Account No.: 627501504404). I have a very old account with ICICI Bank at Kolkata. At that time the minimum quarterly available balance (QAB) was Rs.5000/-. Then suddenly ICICI Bank increased minimum QAB from Rs.5000/- to Rs.10000/- and did not even bother to inform regarding the increase in minimum QAB. Not only did they not inform about the increase, they even deducted huge charges for non maintainance of the minimum balance.
    This is totally fraudulent activity and I am ready to take this matter to Consumer Court.

    Hi,

    I wanted to inform that ICICI Bank have been extremely cooperative and the have revised the charges within a week. I am surprised and impressed with the speedy response.
