I live in Mahaveer Nagar , Jaipur. It is a 9 floor apartment and my flat is at 7th floor. above 4th floor Airtel Network works very poor. Phone often get cut while talking and for 40% of time it remains in no coverage area. We are facing this problem since we live here about 15 months. We have complained so many times to a Airtel Customer Centre. We have 3-4 Complaint no. for this issue. Every time they told us to fix the problem but its still the same story till now. Many times we are on a Business call but we fail to continue the conversation. It costed us so much. We even can not make any call if we are home. We want to drag Airtel in consumer court because this is the limit of our patience and dont want to make any other complaint to them.

We do have all the complaint no they provided us. Is there any possibility of dragging them into court? because I think we are paying them and they must provide us a good network and even we are in the middle of the city. Idea, BSNL and some other networks works so fine here but Airtel doesn't.
