    Default Nokia Care - Customer Care & Service Sucks

    Hi...This is what I had to go through today and pretty much makes me convinced that I should not waste time and money on Nokia Products. I have purchased a nokia e71 around 7 Months back and ever since I bought it , it has given me trouble with auto shutdown,sluggish performance etc. Recently the mobile has started giving trouble with the battery back up as well as issue with the device getting heated up within 2 mins of calling and browsing.

    So i decided to go to Nokia Care in Secunderabad, Near paradise...After discussing with the customer care it was decided that they will try and do a software upgrade and to see if it solves the problem and if it does not I go back to them to have it observed further. After couple of hours when I went to the office again they said they are not able to upgrade the s/w because of some error and when I said what error they sounded like I asked them a question out of text book. They said we have tried it twice and if we try it again it might stop working, I said than what is the solution , to my surprise they said we can try again in evening ..So i asked in the evening problem will get solved on its on?

    After discussing I asked for my mobile to be returned to me , When i took it back and walked out of there door to the fornt office dept I found body to be damaged. When i showed it to them they were rude in response and said We dont know anything. Which kinda pissed me off and I said when you took the set from me it was in good shape and your JOb sheet confirms it. First is you are not good enough to fix the problem and secondly you are trying to blame me for your wrong doing ?

    After all this I said i wanted to talk to the Manager and the lady seems to have understood the fact that it was an issue from their side and not from me...Even to get a stand by Phone they asked me to come in the evening. Now all am told is it will be sent to Del and will come back in a weeks time, but what about the broken body?

    No way in the world am going to accept the phone in less than perfect condition and on this behavior of nokia care am going to complain and if necessary file a petition.

    Need a response to this at earliest

    So if what happened on Saturday was not enough, after i registered a complaint with nokia care head office I get a call from them on Mon stating that now the nokia care Hyd accepts it was a damage caused by them and they will replace it. Wonder why they avoided and kept blaming on me in first place? I was told now the phone is sent to Delhi head office and it will be returned within 7 days. wish things ended here...today i get a message saying my phone is ready and I can come and collect..Must say this took me by surprise and just to make sure i dont have to go thru horror again I decided to call them up to make sure its meant for me only...For which i get a response that Yes my phone is ready and why would they lie ? They sent the phone to del, it was kept in observation and now back to Hyd...wow all under 15 hrs? India is getting super fast..So i decided to leave office early just to make sure I can reach nokia office before it closes..after reaching there I am told phone is sent to Del and it must be system error bla bla..rather than accepting mistake from there side, they start all over again wait for 7 days etc etc..When I told them just to avoid this I called up, than why did you tell me than ? so there Manager some Anuradha tells me that she told the tele caller to inform u about the thing etc etc...I said than why was I not informed right there or you just wanted me to come all the way just to hear this?

    When i said this time I am going to file a complain all i hear is do what you feel like , we are not worried...wow brave guys must say
