I bought a gold locket from Bhima jewellers,at the above address, on 30.3.05 and presented to my son on his birthday on 1.4.05. In a weeks time the ganesha idol soldered on to the locket base fell down and lost. I approached the jeweller and explained all the things to him, The jeweller refused to compensate for the poor quality of their product.Since this locket was gifted to my son on his 20th birthday, I have a big sentimental value on the same.I have a purchase bill No.32389 dated 30.3.05.The gross wt of the locket is 2.3 gram, kindly help me.
